Cafe General Manager

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Cafe.
This includes scheduling (rosters) staff, training employees, ordering supplies, monitoring finances, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, contributing to nurturing customer relationships, resolving issues, and striving to create a popular local cafe.
Must be a resident, or have a valid work visa for two years.
Key Responsibilities Ensuring BuzzStop Staff provides first-class customer experience for all visitors - domestic and International.
Maintain staff morale and engagement.
Manage purchases for the Café and Retail Shop and Kitchen.
Maintain competitive pricing with suitable margin for retail products.
Track inventory, budget and cash flow.
Monitor margins for food, beverage and retail.
Feel comfortable talking about and selling honey to guests.
Submit Payroll weekly, monitor creditors / debtors.
Social Media > Posting on Instagram / Facebook.
Monitor and update Shopify online store.
Lead Monthly Stocktake.
Work Experience & Skills Requirements Great communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as/when needed.
Minimum 2 years experience as a cafe/restaurant manager.
Duty Manager Licence preferred, but not essential.
