Staff Leadership: Lead and train staff in customer service excellence, rostering, and handling complaints.
Conference Room Management: Ensure all technical and setup needs for the mini conference room are met.
Catering Coordination: Work with catering services to delight our guests with delicious offerings.
Runsheet Development: Create detailed runsheets and collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth event execution.
