Competitive hourly rate and range of employee benefits; On-site role located in Albany; Permanent, part-time opportunity - 8 hours per week. Your availability should match the following roster pattern: Thursday AND Friday (10:00-14:00).
About the role
Our Café is located within Mitre 10 MEGA Albany and is the perfect meeting spot for our local community to come together. Your typical day-to-day with us would include the following:
Assist customers as required, respond to customer requests and process customer orders (will be assisting with Barista function and attend to daily FOH duties);
Maintain a high level of food and general hygiene practice;
Preparation and presentation of counter food and beverages;
Cleaning all café areas, including cups, plates, saucers, and cutlery, to ensure service times are maintained and supporting kitchen team as and when required.
What will you bring?
You would have a minimum of a year's work experience in a café or restaurant.
You would have a passion for providing great food and beverages.
You would have strong communication skills.
You would have a strong focus on delivering great customer service.
You would preferably have some Barista skills.
You would be available to work either of the above-mentioned roster pattern.
