Butchery Manager - New World WaimateButchery Manager An exciting opportunity has become available within our supermarket and calls for a person who can plan, organise, lead and control the day-to-day operations of the Butchery Department. The successful applicant will need to have butchery experience with excellent planning and organisational skills, including being computer literate and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Key responsibilities include: Achievement of key department targetsProduction planningEnsure standards of merchandising are achieved and maintainedThe implementation and overseeing of Department Food Safety & Health requirementsEffective team leadershipStock ordering to meet the stores requirementsWaste control within the DepartmentThis role is a full-time position, which requires working one day of the weekend.
