• Up to $32 per hour depending on experience.

The challenge:

As a Butcher, you will be producing, preparing, and packing meats as required, assisting the Head Butcher in daily operations. This includes portioning and cutting of products. You will be assisting in the management of stock for the Butchery.
This position is casual, with 6am starts and early afternoon finishes. Excellent time of year to pick up some extra cash before Christmas.

About you:

We are looking for someone who would like to work alongside this family retail operation.

You will have experience in supermarket butchery, local butcher store, or be a qualified butcher.

• Have a clear understanding of food safety and ensure your product knowledge is at a level where different products can be easily identified.
• Deliver personal service and the highest quality of meats.
