Contribute to the transformation and delivery of process improvement and digital workflows as a Business Technical Administrator at Kiwibank.
You will be joining our Operational Optimisation team, an innovative and rewarding team to work in, that supports Kiwibank with digital product implementation, process improvements and training.
As a Business Technical Administrator you will: Assist with the technical development of digital products.
Contribute to the design, testing and deployment of technology workflow services.
Monitor, maintain and update those technologies using your technological and business capability.
Manage the ServiceNow development, platform configuration and administration activity.
Design administrative protocols and systems that minimise operational risk.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following: A relevant certification, or experience, in one or many applications such as ServiceNow, Docusign or other eSignature tools, MS 365 and UI Path.
SQL/VBA would be beneficial but not necessary.
Solid quantitative problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions.
Ability to document customer and system requirements and specifications, and outputs.
Able to confidently explain service and technology to a wide audience.
An understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
