Support and administration of the NHC Toka Tu Ake enterprise systems, the wider Product Ownership team, including Product Owners, Senior Business Analysts and Test Manager.
Evaluate user needs, action simple changes as well as create requirements, user stories and processes for our technology partners.
Triage issues and requests, problem solve and work closely with stakeholders and external vendors.
To be successful in this role you will require the following: Preferably a tertiary qualification in business, IT or a related field 2+ years' experience in an administrative support role, junior business analyst or project coordination Strong computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Suite Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks What's in it for you?
