Based in Dunedin, our team play an integral part in dealing with all the on boarding and maintenance of client accounts for new and existing clients.
Attention to detail is key in this role and would be suitable for someone who has worked in administration, legal and financial services fields, as well as the ability to interact well with a number of other teams based throughout New Zealand.
Do you possess the following key skills, experience and attributes?
A minimum of two years experience in administration, with experience in the financial sector preferably however not essential.Advanced data entry skills with excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is essential.A friendly, confident telephone manner with clear and professional communication skills with fantastic client services skills.The ability to learn and adapt in an ever changing industry with excellent time management and prioritising skills whilst maintaining a professional, positive and friendly attitude.If you have the capacity to think through processes and the ability to meet high expectations while delivering a responsive internal customer service and want to work for a leading New Zealand owned and operated firm, please apply below.
