Establish and nurture relationships with teams across TE, including risk and compliance, internal audit, people and culture, and finance. Be a vital part of our dynamic team and contribute to the success of Trustees Executors Limited.The core responsibilities of this role will include, but not be limited to:Collaborate with team members to ensure TCS's policies, procedures, and controls align with statutes and industry guidelines, overseeing maintenance and development of the TCS policy, procedures, and controls registers.Oversee the coordination and production of board papers for bi-monthly meetings. Collaborate with team members and TE stakeholders to ensure TCS compliance with regulatory obligations and timely adherence to internal and external deadlines. Coordinate with TCS staff to meet any internal and external reporting obligations.Efficiently manage document execution, coordinate TCS signatory list changes, and provide processing support for finance receivables. Oversee breaches, incident and complaints registers and assist in bank account setups.Supervise the enhancement of new staff induction materials in collaboration with reporting managers.
