Business Support and Payment Administrator Tiny Nation provides a nationwide home-based early childhood care and education service. We are part of a larger network of innovative and customer-focused companies based in a modern, centrally located office building in Hastings. The Opportunity
In this role, you will assist the business support and payment team with managing the day-to-day operation and efficiency of our Student Management System and administering Educator payments. You will work closely with our Visiting Teachers, Educators, and families to assist you with the effective and efficient processing of child enrolments, attendance, and subsidies. In addition to this, you will undertake routine and other administration tasks as required.
The Business Support and Payment Administrator role is a part-time (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday) and office-based position.
About You
We are seeking a highly capable administrator with outstanding customer service skills. We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and attributes:
Strong relationship builder with a friendly and professional communication style with the ability to connect with a wide range of people.
Detail conscious – and is accurate with figures, written records, and reporting.
Sound administration and numeracy skills.
Works efficiently within established processes.
Enjoys being part of a team.
Can work effectively in a team and autonomously.
Adept at using finance and/or payroll-based platforms and ideally have previous experience using a Student Management System.
Knowledge of the early childhood care and education sector would be advantageous.
