Day to day, you'll provide admin and business support to the team, additionally you'll look after the health and safety coordination for the business, ensuring compliance is completed.Reporting to the Branch Manager, your role will be varied, challenging and you'll be someone who thrives working in a supportive team environment.Key Accountabilities:Provide admin and business support to the wider teamProvide an outstanding experience to internal and external clientsCoordinate Stratum's H&S activity and manage compliancePerform the role of H&S Representative for the companyDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, clients, contractors and other key stakeholdersAdhere to safe work practices and understand, comply with and support H&S and wellbeing policies, procedures and initiativesTo be a success in this role you'll be someone who has worked in a similar admin / business support role before. You will also have experience as a Health and Safety Rep and/or H&S admin/coordination. It's important you are a fabulous communicator, have a great sense of humour and you can work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
