The Lion Foundation is one of NZ's largest Class 4 Gaming Trusts, nationally recognised for our contribution to local communities through the efficient and effective delivery of the community gaming model.
As a Business Support Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Operations/Sales team. You'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, CRM (Salesforce) administration, manage the service booking process, and lead the Asset Register Project, including assistance with asset purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Operations/Sales team.
Manage the vehicle fleet, including leasing, insurance updates, and maintenance schedules.
Oversee general office administration tasks such as organizing couriers, supplies, and catering for events.
Assist with communications and support the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Committee by ensuring data accuracy in platforms.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of business activities and providing support to the wider team/organisation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong relationship-building skills and a desire to support others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and diligent, with a commitment to integrity.
Highly organized, efficient, and adaptable.
Initiative, professionalism, and excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Effective team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask.
