Business Solutions Customer Lead (Telco & ICT)This is a role for someone who has experience in dealing with senior management and has the WOW factor, especially in the tech space!Reporting to our Region Lead Owner, you will form part of our fantastic team of 'Customer Leads'. As a Business Solutions Customer Lead, you will manage a portfolio of Spark business customers to deliver outstanding customer experiences and revenue performance across your portfolio including IT business solutions. You will also be one of our internal 'Subject Matter Expert' (SME) who will work across all our staff and customers.We offer flexible working conditions, and the cherry on top is a vehicle & fuel card as we all know how expensive fuel is at the moment!Developing networks, both internally and externally, will be second nature to you. With a flair for building collaborative, strong relationships and stimulating change, you will seek continuous improvement both within our ICT business solutions and overall with your own customer portfolio.The ideal candidate will have:2+ years' experience in IT & Telco sales and/or account management, with consistent success and a proven track record of achievement in sales & customer management.Experience in the ICT & Telco sectors is a must!The ability to engage with customers to become their trusted advisor.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to craft bids and win competitive pitches.The ability to achieve KPIs including cultivating & growing existing customers, converting new leads, and closing sales by identifying Telco & ICT solutions that help your customers deliver efficiency and productivity.High level of self-motivation & proven track record of business technology solutions selling whilst delivering outstanding customer experiences.The ability to effectively manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales.1+ years' experience in selling ICT services, business solutions, and cloud solutions including but not limited to; MS 365, SEO, IT hardware, cyber security, and cloud would be a definite advantage!Experience in working with external partners in a collaborative approach to enable business solutions.You will also bring with you:A positive attitude with an aptitude for learning and a focus on personal growth.A passion for understanding what makes a business tick, and proven success in how you can make a tangible difference.Pragmatic approach with a flair for planning and executing such plans.Collaborative approach so as to work closely with team members across the business to deliver a premium outcome for the customer.A passion for technology in business.A "Get up and Go" approach!Finally… a sense of humour as we love to have a laugh!
