This pivotal role will focus on ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial administration services, while guiding the team through evolving processes and systems.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations – Accounts Payable/ReceivableLead and inspire a support team during a significant transformation, fostering a positive environment that promotes growth, collaboration, and customer-focused service.Drive change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous improvement during a period of organizational and process change.Develop and implement standardised financial processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and resilience in operations.Collaborate with digital services teams to implement and integrate new finance-related software systems.Continuously assess and enhance financial processes, controls, and systems to streamline operations.Skills & Experience:Prior experience in a Shared Services or Financial Management position within a large organisationStrong experience in leading teams through periods of change, driving both cultural and operational shifts in a constructive and supportive manner.Demonstrated ability in change management, particularly in implementing new systems, processes, and organizational improvements.Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Proficiency in financial software systems and ERP platforms.
