Reporting to the Business Services Manager, this role is responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative functions for regional staff including asset management, finance and procurement, volunteer support activities, minute taking, meeting administration, reception duties, and back-office support. You will also have the opportunity to work in the Regional Connection Centre.

Be experienced in general office administrative functions including data entry.
Be comfortable working with a diverse range of people across the organisation.
Be an effective and collaborative team member with excellent listening skills.
Not be afraid to go the extra mile and actively participate in group projects and discussions.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will:
Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be proficient with the use of MS Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Have a strong customer focus and a can-do attitude.
Have a high level of attention to detail.

The salary range for this role is $58,218 - $64,687 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
