This role will report to the Office Manager and work closely with our Business Service Team based in Taupo to ensure the smooth operation of Role responsibilities: Support for the Office Manager and Business Services Team as requiredCover for other administrative roles within the team as appropriateGeneral administration duties e.g.
ordering of office supplies, clear post office box, inwards and outwards goods, coordinate meeting bookings and catering, phone connections, IT point of contact with external provider, maintain internal and external contact lists, assist the Procurement Manager and Rostering Co-ordinator as required About you | Ko wai koe We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable administrator to join our team.
