Job Description He aha te turanga - About the role: We now have a 3–6-month fixed term contract / secondment opportunity for a tenacious and detail-oriented Business Process & Documentation Specialist to join our HRIS team.
In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and documenting our HR processes prospective functions as they relate to our HRIS and Payglobal system.
Conduct process walkthroughs and stakeholder interviews to understand and document existing business processes Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) using tools like Microsoft Visio or Swimlane flow-charts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure process documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain a centralised repository for process documentation and ensure version control Qualifications Ko wai koe - About you: Are you a proactive individual who thrives on creating clarity and direction?
We're looking for the following skills and experience.
