This role will provide services for the three business units within Auckland ensuring consistent delivery across the greater Auckland business.The roleReporting to the General Manager Northern Contracting, as the Business Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for providing leadership, management and delivery of all tendering works for Customer Initiated and Capital Projects, meeting Northpower's and our clients' expectations relative to the agreed performance targets and contractual obligations. The level of work being bid on via this team is circa $150 - $200M p.a.You will be pivotal in embedding operational excellence across our Auckland Region Contracting teams. You'll focus on management practices that build a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
