MercyAscot is New Zealand's largest private surgical facility with 22 theatres across three sites and growing rapidly with the construction of an impressive new wing at Mercy Hospital in Epsom.We have a vacancy for an HR generalist to join our People & Culture team as a Business Partner for a 6-month fixed term from mid August 2024 to mid February 2025, with the potential to extend out for a further 6 months.You'll be one of two Business Partners, providing general HR services to our dedicated teams of healthcare professionals and support staff.
You'll deliver practical and legally correct advice at all levels, including ER, ED, and people strategy.
