We are looking for a leader who is passionate about optimising operations, leading teams, and driving efficiency through technology!This newly created role will include:Team Leadership: Manage 6 direct reports and their teams (30+ indirect), driving a culture of continuous improvement and ownership.Lead Operational Teams: Understand the nuances and unique dynamics of each support function and team, providing strategic guidance to enhance their ability to deliver seamless, high-performance service to both internal and external stakeholders.Drive Automation: Optimise the CRM systems and digitisation initiatives to streamline workflows and boost productivity.Process Optimisation: Design and implement efficient processes that maximise client outcomes and team productivity.Ensure Compliance & Performance: Review and develop operational policies, monitor KPIs, and manage regulatory compliance.What You'll Bring:Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing and developing leaders, with the ability to guide teams through change and process improvement.Operational Expertise: Experience in optimising business functions, ideally in a regulated sector.
