About the opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, the Business Operations Coordinator role provides essential support to the management team. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities across IT, administration, health and safety, environment, quality, and HR, offering the chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and support the leadership team and CEO.
HSEQ integrated management system support
IT system maintenance and support, managing future integrations and adoptions.
Maintain HR systems, assist with recruitment, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Assist with the preparation of tender documentation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support.
Contribute to project and team needs with occasional travel, as required.
About you
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, proactive, and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You're a natural problem-solver with advanced IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments, and an ability to help shape the company's digital future. You bring a keen eye for detail and a knack for juggling multiple responsibilities across administration, health and safety, quality, IT, and HR. Experience in the construction, maintenance, or engineering sectors is a bonus, but your adaptability and drive will set you apart.
