Flexibility, curiosity, and a love for collaboration are your secret weapons. You'll get to work with tools like Xero, MyHR, and Fathom while partnering with managers, external suppliers, and the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly.If you have an eye for detail and a knack for self-managing deadlines, are curious, adaptable, and always ready to learn something new… we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities include:Overseeing payroll, bookkeeping, and GST return processesMaintaining HR policies and processesRecruitment and inductionManaging performance review processEmployment agreements and job descriptionsSupporting Head of Finance and Finance and Admin teamCashflow management and reportingProjects and process improvementAlignment of values, passions and career goals is more important than experience or qualifications.We know that the best ideas come from diverse teams.
