About the role
This is a business leadership position and you will be responsible for ensuring that the store operations are completed within legal and operational guidelines. As an ambassador for the business brand, you will be passionate about representing New Zealand's best pharmacy led health and beauty retailer.
Duties Include
Lead sales and business performance.
Analyse company business reporting to drive stores sales, conversion and profit plans.
Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the best possible way.
Lead the pharmacy team to ensure achievement of dispensary targets.
Ensure that the whole pharmacy team are having best care customer conversations in order to maximise opportunities to drive customer loyalty.
Hold regular staff meetings/catch ups to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the store's day to day operations.
Establish a highly capable team and deliver a leadership approach that ensures an engaged, professional, flexible, change-oriented, and high performing sales and dispensary team.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years retail management experience.
Previous experience managing a pharmacy is preferred but not essential.
Strong customer service skills and knowledge of sales/retail performance drivers with proven delivery of KPI's and sales targets.
A capable mentor with the ability and willingness to foster the learning and development of others, through coaching, training and development.
A passion for health, beauty & wellness.
