In this dynamic environment, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations whilst managing a small Christchurch team and collaborating with the wider global network. Your contributions will be key to the team's success, ensuring business goals are achieved efficiently and on schedule. In this role you will:
Oversee day-to-day operations, sales, procurement, logistics, accounting, and HR Mentor and develop performance of individuals in your team Drive long-term strategic direction Manage existing accounts and grow sales, delivering exceptional customer service Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion Travel internationally annually. Your induction will include up to 12 weeks training in Los Angeles Skills and experience: Bachelor's degree of Engineering or Commerce Background in aviation (servicing or parts would be an advantage) An experienced inspirational leader, you enjoy bringing out the best in people Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural team About Us:
