They are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to manage operations while the regular Business Manager is on maternity leave.
Role Overview: As the Business Manager (Maternity Leave Contract), you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, managing finances, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high patient satisfaction. You will play a key role in the management team and collaborate with clinicians, staff, and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence during this period.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the medical center, ensuring all departments work cohesively.Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to maintain profitability and financial health.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high levels of staff engagement and performance.Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.Patient Satisfaction: Address patient feedback and concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.Reporting: Regularly report on performance metrics, financial status, and operational goals to the senior management team.Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Business Manager or in a senior Practice Manager role within a primary health setting is highly preferred.Strong financial and operational management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and manage teams.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.How to Apply:
