What you'll be doing:Provide support to the Business Director in all areas required to deliver outstanding levels of client service to the clients within their portfolio.Understand the clients' business inside and out. This means not only understanding their internal operational processes and cultural components but also understanding the external macro forces driving cultural, competitive, and consumer change within the category.Develop and implement a strategic roadmap that provides a long-term (18-24 months) vision for each client within their portfolio, identifying proactive projects that OMD will need to deliver in order to successfully execute the roadmap.Be responsible for client relationship health and always strive to deliver effective, award-winning work.Be an internal champion of OMD's global planning process OMD Design.Work collaboratively with internal specialist teams to deliver work that exceeds clients' expectations.Build constructive and compelling relationships with our creative agency and key media partners to ensure connected, collaborative partnerships that are built on mutual respect and trust.What you'll need:Naturally driven, with the ability to work autonomously when required.Strong communication skills; be able to clearly translate client needs to agency specialists, and their output back to the client in a way they will understand.Commercial focus understands the fundamentals of revenue and profit management.The ability to build meaningful relationships at both senior and junior levels with all internal and external stakeholders.Excellent presentation skills; enjoy presenting to large groups and be able to make the complicated seem simple.Strong implementation planning knowledge across both digital and non-digital channels.Attention to detail.If this sounds like you, please apply directly via the job ad ASAP.
