You will be joining a small, dynamic and collaborative team whilst being offered training and development opportunities to further your career.This is an exciting opportunity to assist us in driving the evolution of New Zealand's leading and most exciting parking app!About the roleDue to significant growth and a desire to accelerate this even further within the ParkMate division, we are looking for someone to join us and step into the role of Business Manager. This role will be based in our Commercial Bay office in the Auckland CBD.In this role you will primarily be responsible for leading a team and owning all day-to-day operations for ParkMate, whilst supporting initiatives that drive growth of ParkMate in both B2C and B2B environments.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role. You will be given the autonomy to lead and influence many areas such as customer experience, operational ways of working, marketing, app development, commercial outcomes, and lead relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:Lead the ParkMate Customer Care function, ensuring SLA's are met and enquiries are managed in line with company policies.Oversee all operational tasks for the team including delivery for our internal and external customers of all required back-end changes in the app.Continuously monitor and optimise product performance, making data-based recommendations back to the relevant stakeholders within the business.Support development prioritisation and testing for the app.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and execute trading opportunities.Assist in driving the sales performance, delivery, and growth of ParkMate both in the B2C and B2B environments.Identify, plan, and execute continuous improvement opportunities across all aspects of the business.Own relationships with key clients and vendors.Lead projects of all sizes to ensure they are delivered on to agreed timeframes and standards.Champion ParkMate internally and externally by establishing yourself as a go-to subject matter expert for anything ParkMate related.About you:We are looking for someone who can tick some of the below boxes.
