General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)Gridworks is seeking an experienced Business Manager to manage the Gridworks team in providing products and solutions to utility customers with a focus on Overhead lines.This role will have overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of Gridworks and manage the business by guiding, communicating and leading by example, along with driving sales management and product management functions.Candidates will have demonstrable business management skills in developing a team to achieve growth and delivery to customers.The role demands a high level of interaction with our suppliers both local and foreign, and with our customers at a deep technical level. Clear communication skills verbally and written are paramount for the business manager to liaise with all stakeholders internal and external.
