Job DescriptionAs a Business Manager, you will lead and develop the implementation of strategies to support our key Adviser partnerships to build a robust, sustainable, and mutually beneficial businesses that demonstrate a commitment to better customer outcomes and compliance whilst driving growth and sustainability objectives.
Some day-to-day tasks involve:
Driving Performance Metrics Act as a trusted business mentor and coach, to support the development and growth of Adviser businesses.Implement marketing strategies; analysing information to understand trends and results.Establish sales and practice development objectives for the Area across Life, Trauma & Income Protection product lines by forecasting and developing annual new business sales and persistency targets.Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.Advice and Conduct Supports and promotes an environment that fosters pro-active risk management and a commitment to compliance and good conduct.Maintain a deep understanding of the code of conduct, new competency standards and licensing rules to assist Professional Development and Advisers.Ensure all Fidelity Life processes, procedures and government regulations are adhered to.Report any Risk and Compliance issues to direct manager.Leverage Fidelity Life resources to support Advisers with specialist advice where appropriate.Develop and implement Practice Development plans for key Adviser Business which includes:Professional Development and training support.Building better systems and frameworks for Advisers to enhance customer outcomes and quality of Advice.Business improvements that result in driving performance outcomes for both Advisers and Fidelity Life.Develop and implement plans that align to the new regulatory framework practice.Proactively support the new compliance and regulatory framework through plans and activities.Be a trusted partner to advisers in the development and implementation of plans to make their business compliant.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You: With proven experience in relationship management, you'll have a high level of commercial acumen, strong communication (verbal and written) and solid interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building lasting relationships.
You will be a dynamic and engaged Business Manager who excels at building strong, meaningful connections. You are passionate when it comes to delivering excellent service with a customer-centric approach.
At least 5 years' experience in a Business-to-Business Sales Management.Proven experience in end-to-end sales process, planning and management.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships – both externally and internally.Proven track record of successfully enhancing and leading intermediated distribution partnerships.Ideally experienced in the life insurance/insurance industry however we are open to backgrounds from banking and financial services or business mentoring.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related discipline.Level 5 Certificate (preferred).About Us:
