Our Business Operations team delivers great customer outcomes and lending expertise to Kiwibank's frontline staff and Business Banking teams. The main focus of this role will be supporting our Business Banking Managers with loan documentation, settlements, securities, and lending maintenance process.

You will also engage with a variety of stakeholders and manage customer issues and legislative requirements to deliver solutions to our customers. There is opportunity to contribute to the wider team through continuous improvement and technology projects.

Lending experience in retail or personal banking is essential.

Great customer service and relationship building.

Confidence with learning and working with diverse systems.
