English Express (NZ) Ltd – Auckland, North IslandTeaching: Tertiary (Education & Training)Contract/Temp/Part-TimeKington International Business College (KIBC) is a dynamic and progressive tertiary provider located in the Auckland CBD.We are on the hunt for a contract/temporary/part-time Business Lecturer with tertiary teaching &/or industry experience to teach Management courses within our Graduate Diploma in Business (Level 7) and Graduate Certificate in Business (Level 7).This position is on a contract for service based at our Auckland City campus, starting in the first week of October 2024.The role includes:Developing, preparing and effectively using delivery plans and materialsUpdating and delivering the teaching content, using innovative approaches with focus on experiential learningMarking and moderation of assessmentsEffectively working and collaborating with other lecturers and teams on content and professional developmentWhat you need:Qualification in a relevant field, at Level 9 or above (Masters or PhD)Teaching experience at tertiary level in New Zealand in the management areaRelevant industry experience and networksExtensive skills and knowledge in the tools and technologies related to the above areasAbility to work collegially with academic staffAbility to work positively with diverse learners, being supportive and empathetic to their needsYour CV should include details of qualifications, previous teaching and work experience (including courses taught), research outputs and involvement with professional activities.Please note, we will be reviewing candidates regularly.
