This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity based at Aon's Head Office located in the Aon Centre in the Commercial Bay precinct.
How this opportunity is different
In this exciting 12-month opportunity you will play a key part in contributing and delivering tailored learning programs that will develop and strengthen the technical capability of colleagues across our New Zealand organisation.
What the day will look like
In collaboration with your other Learning peers, and under the guidance of the Learning Lead, you'll contribute to the development of learning content aligned to our strategic business priorities.
Partner with your peers within the APAC Learning Centre of Excellence and assist in the integration of regional learning programs within the NZ learning curriculum.
Track and report on learning delivery and ensure that our colleague's learning records are maintained and up to date.
Working with the Learning Lead, deliver post-learning reviews to understand the impact and return of investment in the programs delivered.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Experience in a similar role coming from within Financial Services or another similarly highly regulated environment.
A sound understanding of how learning and capability relates to and applies within a regulated environment and the responsibilities required for evidencing learner records.
Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering within enterprise-wide learning frameworks.
Proficient business planning capabilities and the ability to be operationally effective.
Strong engagement and communication skills and being able to confidently embed key messaging across colleagues at varying levels.
