* Knowledge and understanding of the Public Finance Act and Public Sector accounting standards and guidelines.
* Excellent ability to develop effective stakeholder relationships.
* Core understanding of Microsoft Office products and financial management software (e.g.
SAP) * Excellent writing and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a range of audiences.
* Familiarity with the Treaty of Waitangi and its application to the work of government agencies You will need to travel for this role and a full New Zealand driver's license is required.
Utu a-tau | Salary The midpoint of the salary range is $121,124 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $102,956 - $145,349 per annum.
Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
