About the role  As our Business Engagement Specialist, you will be tasked with influencing and collaborating with Genesis LPG Retail teams to identify customer pain points, create top-tier customer products, and enhance sales and customer experiences, while developing informed budgets. Provides support to the LPG leadership team and business unit as a subject matter expert, aiding in strategy formation, problem-solving, project delivery, and informed decision-making.
Some of the key responsibilities are: 
Serve as the key relationship manager between LPG operations and customer teams, identifying customer pain points and building market-leading products and experiences.Communicate important information to the LPG leadership team about significant events, initiatives, and system changes.Collaborate with the LPG leadership to shape strategy, solve problems, and make informed decisions, highlighting gaps in customer experience.Share specialised knowledge with internal stakeholders, providing guidance on processes, business systems, and best practices.Enhance documentation in the LPG Quality Management System and support stakeholders in maintaining high standards.Develop and support initiatives to improve customer experience and value proposition, while understanding the impact on cost and operations.This is a newly created, permanent, full-time role based in our Hamilton CBD offices.
About you  Tertiary qualification in business or communications.5+ years' experience in a business engagement or communications role.Proven experience managing projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.Working experience with optimising technology solutions.Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical details for better understanding.About our benefits At Genesis, we value your wellbeing and your contribution to our team.
