Business Director / General Manager

Our client is a branding and design agency, based in Auckland. They specialise in creating the identities of some of New Zealand's most inspiring brands. They are on the hunt for a Business Director to join their team commencing from the 2nd quarter in 2025.

Along with strong business acumen, you will have a strategic mindset, relationship and stakeholder management. You will be highly process driven with the ability to refine systems as required.

At the senior level, you have the confidence and ability to sell in solutions to clients, be astute at writing proposals, and ensuring you are delivering on client strategies.

You will be as happy to be hands-on in the client service space, as you are at being strategic, and always happy to jump in and support the team whenever and wherever required.

This role will sit on the senior leadership team, bringing a voice to the commercial outcomes of the business. From the onset or over a set period of time, you will become a shareholder and assume part ownership in the business.
