Exciting 'new' opportunities for high energy Business Development Representatives to join our National Sales team.
Bring your extensive Sales experience and well-honed powers of influence and negotiation to drive growth and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Actively scope new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of prospective customers.
Act on leads through cold calling or face to face meetings.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and tenders to potential clients.
Onboard new customers and provide exemplary customer service to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with our operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Promote and maintain a positive company image, uphold our brand and values.
Your skills and experience: Experience in the Transport and Logistics Industry highly regarded.
Relevant tertiary qualification highly regarded.
At least 3 – 5 years' experience in a target driven Business Development role.
You're a 'people person' who can build rapport, trust and influence decision makers.
Self-driven, organised.
High level of computer literacy, experience in utilising large software systems and the MS Office suite, in particular Excel.
Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify patterns and trends.
Committed to continuous improvement with the ability to formulate and execute strategies.
Analytical thinker, detail oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
