About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence in the access equipment hire sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in construction, maintenance, and related industries. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively penetrate the market. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management. Achieving Monthly / Annual Set Sales Targets Skills and experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the construction or equipment hire industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets. Results-driven and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of initiative.
