The Role: Primarily a Sales role combined with some Key Account Management Generate and deliver quotes to grow the client base Meet or exceed your sales targets. This involves a proactive approach to sales and consistently seeking new opportunities Maintain and develop relationships with Cleantastic franchisees Help our franchisees in every way to become successful business owners Build relationships with both existing and new clients Liaise with clients to ensure they are receiving excellent customer service including regular quality control check-ins Maintain an accurate database and record keeping Ensure all Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed As the Ideal Candidate you will have: Strong sales skills and techniques Good time management and organisation skills An ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people Excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal A fantastic work ethic, a positive attitude and an ability to work well in a small team A desire to learn and grow with the role A commitment to customer service A strong eye for detail and upholding cleaning standards A valid full NZ Drivers licence The Opportunity: Join an award-winning team as a Business Development Manager – Sales, helping Cleantastic unlock the huge potential within the Auckland market.
