They have won numerous awards for their solutions and are an extremely well known and highly regarded brand in their industry.As a result of this continued growth, they are looking to recruit an outstanding Business Development Manager to help increase their expanding presence in NZ.Business Development Manager - Key responsibilities:Target new business opportunities across New Zealand, primarily focused on the Education sector.Achievement of revenue targets (very reasonable 1st year target inc ramp up period)Internal and external key stakeholder managementDevelopment of strategic account and territory plansCommercial and legal contractual negotiationsKey skills required:Demonstrable track record of business development achievement, having ideally previously sold SaaS or Software. Experience of selling software, technology or services into the Education sector would be beneficial but not essential.You will be a proven hunter and relationship manager with strong conceptual and analytical skillsAbility to create strategic account and territory development plansExtremely consultative approach to business development - experience of short to mid term sales cycles (3-6 months) with the ability to position multiple products to various business and IT decision makers).This represents an outstanding opportunity to advance your business development career within a leading SaaS vendor that is growing rapidly across Australia, NZ and the wider APAC region.
