Business Development Manager Needed

Our company offers computer tech support in the design development and marketing of client's business. We are looking for a highly motivated proactive energetic and customer-focused business development manager to join.  This is a full-time position working at least 35 hours per week. The hourly rate is from $35.00 to $45.00. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Directing focused customer growth based on the requirements of Theia's GM and Senior Staff. · Establish sufficient prospective opportunities to meet strategic business plans · Detailed knowledge of all prospective and new customer relationships so the client can facilitate the Theia team to maintain business growth and profitability. · Detailed knowledge of the market region, including prospective opportunities in all target markets. · Develop a monthly sales plan for input into the monthly business plan. ? Responsible for ensuring all new customers engage in a contract at the time of engagement. The contract must provide material liability protection, establish acceptable business mechanics and mitigate risk and liability to the corporation. The GM must approve all contracts · Focal points for ensuring customer complaints are resolved promptly and effectively. · Responsible for ensuring all new business opportunities meet the financial requirements established by the GM of the business. understand client's requirements and providing solutions to meet their needs manage and develop existing and prospective clients' relationship Requirements At least a relevant bachelor's degree, or five years of relevant work experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and build productive relationships with clients and teammates Good customer service skills Good negotiation skills Ability to meet sales goals NZ work rights (either resident or work visa holder) #J-18808-Ljbffr
