The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth within the company, researching new market opportunities, and overseeing strategic projects.
What You'll Do You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic business growth within NZ.
You will be tasked with developing a robust network of contacts to attract new clients while also researching new market opportunities.
Your role will involve making projections and forecasting revenue in line with projected income.
You will actively seek out new business opportunities and manage the writing process for identified opportunities as required.
Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our client's current bid management and business capability as a platform for growth within the facilities management market.
What You Bring Strong demonstrated experience in a property or corporate real estate environment or at a senior level in a similarly complex industry.
Proven ability in working within an integrated services and property model delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, and Financial Management Services.
Proven experience in Business Growth, Strategic Development, and complex bid experience particularly related to major projects in infrastructure and/or property portfolio bids including PPP/PFI, CRE portfolios.
Strong ability to Project Manage complex business projects.
Strong understanding of all facets of property and facilities management and life cycle costing.
