About the opportunity: As the Business Development Manager for Key Accounts your role will be focused on supporting the Key Accounts team across all of New Zealand. You will drive new business growth, provide strategic direction, manage stakeholder relationships, and embody our company values. Responsibilities: Create, develop and execute innovative sales strategies to convert users from existing brands to Milwaukee across all product categories and via your assigned teams. Enable your team to effectively present and sell the Milwaukee value proposition to defined users. Regularly evaluate the performance of the strategy to the plan and make changes where required to achieve desired outcomes. Understand the user and dealer network thoroughly so that you can direct your team effectively. Identify and implement the user focussed channel marketing strategies defined by the Channel Managers. Coach, mentor and develop your team to build a high performing sales team whilst be conscious of contributing to a fair work/life balance for each team member. Provide leadership and direction to your entire team and support the broader Milwaukee leadership team in embedding the Milwaukee culture throughout the entire organisation. Regularly undertake joint sales ride days with your team to monitor performance and provide constructive feedback. About you: Minimum of 2-3 years sales team management experience Good knowledge of developing and managing a high-performance sales team Experienced with developing sales processes and using CRM software. High level communication, presentation and leadership skills. Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability. High level commercial sense and deal making capability.
