In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building meaningful partnerships, expanding market reach, and delivering cutting-edge security solutions.WHAT'S ON OFFER:If you want to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business which is a respected market leader, you are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.We offer competitive salary plus commission, company vehicle, laptop, mobile and a range of great benefits.Things like on-going training and development, a respectful, highly supportive values led culture and a great range of perks and benefits (including regular team breakfasts, recognition bonuses, discounts at a range of companies, and free home alarm monitoring).THE ROLE:As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales strategies, expanding market presence, and establishing strategic partnerships.This position requires a combination of sales expertise, business acumen, technical knowledge and key account management skills to achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective strategies to expand our customer base and grow revenue.Identify key market segments, forge lasting partnerships with clients and stakeholders, and generate leads to close deals.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape, providing insights for business development initiatives.Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, system integrators, and distributors, positioning the company as a market leader.Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our security technology solutions.Manage contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for the company while maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to policies.Skills & Experience:Proven experience in Business Development and sales, ideally in the security technology industry or a related field.Knowledge of security technology solutions, such as access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems is a plus.Solid track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and successfully closing complex deals.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building long-term client relationships.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to travel when needed.ABOUT ADVANCED SECURITY:Advanced Security are leaders in electronic security solutions.
