The Partnership/Grants Manager Volunteer will play a critical role in securing partnerships and funding opportunities for FriendnPal. They will be responsible for identifying potential partners, managing relationships, and writing grant proposals to secure funding for our programs and initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential partnership opportunities with corporations, foundations, and other organizations aligned with our mission and goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners, including regular communication and updates on our work.
Coordinate the development and submission of grant proposals, including gathering necessary information, writing, and editing proposals to meet funder requirements.
Manage the grant application process, including tracking deadlines, submission requirements, and reporting obligations.
Collaborate with program staff to understand funding needs and priorities, ensuring alignment between grant proposals and organizational goals.
Maintain accurate records of partnership and grant activities, including contact information, funding amounts, and outcomes.
Stay informed about trends and developments in philanthropy and grantmaking to identify new funding opportunities.
Represent FriendnPal at meetings, events, and conferences to promote our work and build relationships with potential partners.
Assist with other fundraising activities and initiatives as needed.
