Key Responsibilities: Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in a related industry (equipment hire, construction, industrial services, trades etc.). Strong understanding of the New Zealand markets, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data to inform strategic decisions. Results-driven and goal-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding targets. About you: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
