As one of Now's Business Development Managers, you'll be part of a high-performing and growing sales team, generating new business from the small and medium businesses market.
You'll use your strong communication skills and energy to create relationships, build trust and help kiwi businesses get what they need and deserve – telco solutions that help them run their business better, with Now's award-winning service.

About You You're an experienced and energetic salesperson, with a background in Telecommunications and B2B sales capable of building rapport with business owners, understanding their needs, and identifying solutions to fit.
You understand the complex world of telecommunications, but also understand that many business owners don't – so pride yourself in your ability to take the complex, and make it simple, and focus on delivering benefits for the customer.
You love getting out and making connections – and are active in building your own network, as well as responding quickly to leads that come your way.
You thrive on being able to find, and fill a need for a customer, and close a deal.
You're driven and results focused and take pride in delivering a great experience for your customers, and achieving, or overachieving your targets.
You're a team player and work well with others to get the outcome you and your customers need.
You have an attention to detail and ability to follow sales processes to get the right outcome.
