The Opportunity: With continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue and market expansion across New Zealand, Australia, and the USA.
Based in Wairau Valley, Auckland, this role reports directly to the Managing Director and is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to secure new customers and achieve sales targets.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on Triodes growth while aligning sales efforts with our overarching business objectives.
About You: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales execution with strong business acumen.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Technical knowledge and experience within the electronics manufacturing industry.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
High personal credibility, drive, and enthusiasm.
