This could be the role for you!THE COMPANYOur Client is a respected leader in the civil engineering sector, renowned for delivering innovative solutions in piling, ground stabilisation, anchoring, and Geotech. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and sustainable development, shaping infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact.THE ROLEOur client is looking for a candidate with a Civil Engineering background who can consult with clients on projects and tenders, as well as effectively sell their products to these businesses. The ideal candidate will come from a contracting background and will have hands-on experience in piling, ground stabilization, anchoring, and Geotech or other forms of foundation engineering.Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with Our Client's strategic goals.Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and industry partners.Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that showcase Our Client's capabilities.Actively participate in tender processes, leading the tender submission process.Develop pricing strategies and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.Collaborate closely with the engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.ABOUT YOUBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil projects, with a strong focus on piling, ground stabilization, anchoring, and Geotech.Experience in tender chasing and preparing detailed tender submissions.Capability to provide consultation on civil engineering plans.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.BENEFITSCompetitive base salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.Company-provided vehicle.Performance-based individual and team bonuses.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a forward-thinking organization.How to Apply (NZ Residents Only)In the first instance, please click 'Apply Now' via this advert with a customised and updated CV to show your relevant skills/experience for this role.
