We are a recruitment agency that focuses on temporary, casual, and permanent staff in manufacturing (FMCG) and construction industries.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, experience in B2B environments, and a strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry.
This role involves generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and securing contracts to provide temporary/permanent staffing solutions to businesses.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through cold calls, networking, and online platforms.
• Client Acquisition: Engage with decision-makers, schedule meetings, and present staffing solutions to businesses that require temporary or contract workers.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential clients on the benefits of using temporary staffing services.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with clients to secure deals that meet both the company's and client's expectations.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Customer Service: Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, account managers) to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Skills: o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Ability to build relationships and network with potential clients.o Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
o Knowledge of the local business environment and labour market trends.
o Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
