New office, new fit-out, next to the Harbour Bridge in Takapuna New, nice looking transport included We're Looking for Someone Who: Has experience in recruitment sales, ideally within blue-collar (Warehousing, Trades, Civil, or Construction) Has a strong understanding of the sales process, confidence in doing new BD Has previous network and dealings within our industry Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to build long-lasting connections Has strong organizational skills, manage your own time efficiently Has a positive attitude - glass half full people!
About Your Role: You'll be responsible for building and nurturing a portfolio of clients Driving new business development by acquiring new clients through a standardized sales process Maintaining strong client and candidate relationships Unlocking value from your existing clients Overseeing the complete recruitment process alongside the candidate resourcers Maintaining high levels of health & safety talks and compliance - we are proud to honor our SiteWise Gold Certificate LSC Values: Do these resonate with you?
